My approach to every client begins with genuine connection and the building of our relationship. In my experience, most success occurs when my relationship with my client is based on trust, authenticity, vulnerability, and truth. I'm an actively engaged therapist, with a warm, informal, curious, and responsive style. It's critical that you feel heard and understood, and because I'm committed to helping you feel better and find greater ease and fulfillment, I sometimes gently press and challenge. I will act as a careful guide, and together we'll get you where you want to be. It is my privilege to accompany people through the learning process of discovering innate strengths, deeper meaning, and greater self-compassion. I feel lucky to do this challenging and meaningful work. I learn from it every day, and find it deeply fulfilling.
